Processing. Orders usually start processing within 24 hours; busy periods can take up to 7 business days before your order ships.
Shipping. Most items are produced in the US main hub; some are made in separate hubs for quality, so combining different items can raise the shipping cost. Fastlane Club Co. is not responsible for shipping issues caused by address input errors, handling errors, or lost or stolen packages.
Terms. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. If you receive a wrong or defective item, email us and we will make it right. International shipments can be subject to duties and taxes, which are out of our control.
